Wearable Fitness Technology
What a great motivational tool! You wear a Myzone device to track your effort, heart rate and calories burned. You see your results in real time on the TVs in the gym, the console on your machine or on the app on your phone.
You have three options to wear your Myzone. A chest strap, where the device sits right over your heart; a wrist strap to wear it like a watch; or an upper arm strap so it sits around your bicep.
You're not limited to using your Myzone, just in the gym. You can use your device outside for sports, running, cycling, swimming, and anything else you can think of!
